Taza Chocolate is a Mexican-inspired stone ground, organic chocolate manufacturer based in Somerville. Founded by Alex Whitmore in 2005 after a trip to Oaxaca, Mexico, Taza is one of the few companies in the country to produce chocolate from cocoa bean to bar.
